Legs (exercises)
SquatsSquat is the mother of all leg exercises that's why we should start from here.
If you aren't taking your squats to great depths, you will continue to make shallow gains in power. Leg pressYour feet should be shoulder width on the palte. Slowly lower the weight by unlocking it with your both hands and bring your knees towards your chest but stopping before your hips curl off the pad. Keep your lower back pressed against the seat back throughout the movement. Pause a moment before pressing through your heels to return the weight to the starting position. Do it all by only the force of your legs and never try to cheat yourself.
