Here I must say that, there’s a big difference between losing weight and losing fat. It’s a common sense, that to lose weight we would need to eat less and move more. Eat more vegetables and fruits than meats. After every meal make sure don't straightly lying or sit down in the chair. Go for a walk for like 3 to 5 minutes.. Drink minimum 8 glasses of water per day and make sure do a little cardio and exercise regularly. 3 meals per day is good but if you divide all the 3 meals to 5 to 6 small meals .. that would really help you feel healthier and make your metabolic rate higher .. which is good for your body.
