Female fitness
There's a study found that women who are moderately active at work are 20 percent less likely to develop heart disease. Active jobs included things like waitressing and retail work, while highly active jobs included things like heavy lifting and manual labour. If you sit from 9 to 5pm, make an effort to get up from your seat for at least once per hour. Try to squeeze in activity during your lunch break like a walk in a nearby park or a few trips up and down your office staris.
